On January 13th, the SanbaiMountain Scenic Area held a safety education and warning meeting for all scenic area-related companies. Deputy Director of the SanbaiMountain Scenic Area Management Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Tourism Development Group, Ye Chun, Deputy General Manager of the Tourism Development Group and the Manager of the Sanbaoshan Operating Company and Dongshengwei Operating Company, the team leaders and above management personnel of the SanbaiMountain Operating Company, the relevant responsible persons and key personnel of Dongshengwei Company, cableway Company, and passenger transport Company, etc., approximately 130 people attended the meeting. The meeting precisely targeted the key points of risk prevention and control and clearly set out three core work requirements: Carry out a comprehensive and thorough safety risk and hazard inspection and rectification campaign, focusing on key facilities and equipment that are frequently used by tourists such as glass bridges, cable cars, cruise ships, and sightseeing vehicles. Establish a "inspection - record - rectification - cancellation" full-closed-loop management mechanism to ensure that all hazards are eliminated dynamically; Strictly implement the safety production responsibility system at all stages, improve the risk classification assessment and early warning system, proactively formulate measures for preventing and responding to extreme weather, refine the passenger flow diversion and control plan during the Spring Festival peak period, strictly control the safety access of ongoing projects in scenic areas, and prevent safety risks from the source.； Improve and perfect the emergency response plan system, fully equip and stockpile emergency supplies in sufficient quantities. Plan to conduct unscripted emergency drills before the Spring Festival, and comprehensively enhance the practical combat capabilities of rapid response and scientific handling of emergencies. The meeting emphasized that the responsibility for safety production must be strictly implemented. The responsibility chain should be broken down layer by layer and accurately implemented at each position and by each employee. Managers at all levels should take the lead in going to the front line to conduct supervision and inspection, avoiding formalism and bureaucracy, and using a pragmatic approach to ensure that all safety measures are implemented and refined. At the same time, a supervision, assessment and accountability mechanism should be established to seriously hold accountable units and individuals who fail to fulfill their responsibilities, implement measures inadequately, or fail to effectively promote work.
