On January 12th, Liu Wangqing, the deputy director of the People's Congress Standing Committee of An Yuan County and the secretary and chairman of the County Trade Union, led a team to the San San Mountain Scenic Area and donated an automatic external defibrillator (AED) worth 30,000 yuan to the scenic area. This not only provided an important safeguard for the lives of the vast number of tourists, but also demonstrated the warm-hearted practice of the County Trade Union in actively seeking emergency supplies from higher authorities and assisting in the upgrading of tourism public services. 

At the donation ceremony, Deputy Director Liu Wangqing elaborated on the significant value of this "life-saving device". He explained: An AED does not require a professional medical background; after training, it can be operated quickly. It can precisely provide defibrillation support within the "golden 4 minutes" after cardiac arrest, significantly increasing the success rate of rescue and is the core equipment of the emergency rescue system in public places. Sanbaishan, as a well-known tourist attraction, has a large number of tourists and relatively concentrated personnel. Liu Wangqing stated that this donation is precisely to contribute to the emergency rescue system of the scenic area, implement the concept of "life first", and also hopes to inspire more social forces to jointly pay attention to tourism safety.
