Zou Zhiyu emphasized that taking the 20th anniversary of the proposal of the "Two Mountains" concept as a new starting point, the spirit of the 9th Plenary Session of the 6th Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China should be thoroughly implemented. With the wisdom of "systematic governance", we will safeguard the foundation, strengthen the application of the achievements of the "three Zones and three Lines" and ecological environment zoning control, and win the battle to improve the blue sky, clear water and clean land. We will strictly implement the river and lake chief system and the forest chief system, promote the integrated protection and restoration of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and deserts in a coordinated manner, and consolidate the achievements of mine restoration and other governance measures. With the determination of "scraping the bone to cure the disease", we will carry out rectification, deeply draw lessons from relevant incidents, and solidly carry out the offensive action to enhance ecological and environmental security. We will focus on breaking through the bottlenecks in the treatment of sewage in development zones, urban sewage and garbage, and ensure that the problems pointed out by the inspection are thoroughly rectified.
