Letter of Commendation

Under the scorching summer sun, by the East Wind Lake of Sanbaoshan in Anyuan, the passionate figures of the staff of the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area are reflected in the blazing sunlight. Their sincere and warm service is like a gentle breeze in summer, soothing the hearts of the tourists. Recently, the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area received a letter of commendation from Xiamen Railway Tourism Management Co., LTD. The letter was filled with high praise and gratitude for the warm service provided by the front-line staff of the scenic area.

On July 19th, at the Dongfeng Lake Wharf of the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area, three employees of the scenic area's passenger transport department, Chen Jianchun, Peng Baoming and CAI Jiashun, were conducting their routine inspections around the area as usual. After learning that a tourist's drone had accidentally got stuck in a branch on the shore of the lake, the three immediately arrived at the scene in a speedboat and tried to retrieve the drone from the treetops with a telescopic pole. However, during the process, the drone accidentally fell into the lake. Facing the bottomless lake water, the three of them worked in perfect harmony. One observed and located the position, while the other took turns diving into the water to search. After several dives to the deep water, they finally found the equipment intact. Soaked through, they smiled as they returned the drone they had struggled to find to the tourists, saying, "Let's try out its functions. If there are any problems, we'll take full responsibility!" The resounding promises lingered around Dongfeng Lake. Facing the vastness of the lake and the unfathomable depth of the water, it is evident how difficult it is to find the items. Seeing the drone returned intact in front of them, the tourists were filled with gratitude and deeply moved.

The representative of the tour group wrote in the letter of commendation: "They were not afraid of difficulties, repeatedly dived, and persisted, demonstrating an extremely high sense of responsibility and dedication." With such an outstanding team, the reputation of the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area and the experience of tourists are bound to keep improving!" This letter of commendation not only affirms the service work of the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area but also serves as a spur and encouragement to all the staff of the scenic area. It demonstrates not only the sense of responsibility and commitment of the people of the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area but also a "dual pursuit" of commitment and protection.
