Sanbaimountain is the source of the Dongjiang River, the origin of drinking water for residents of Guangdong and Hong Kong, and the only tourist destination in the country that holds the significance of "remembering the source of water" for Hong Kong compatriots. The forest coverage rate reaches 98%, and the maximum value of negative oxygen ions in the air reaches 100,000 per cubic centimeter. It is hailed as a "summer resort" and a "natural oxygen bar".

With the arrival of high summer temperatures, Sanbaimountain Mountain has preserved a relatively intact evergreen broad-leaved forest ecosystem in the subtropical zone, with a forest coverage rate as high as 98%. The main peak has an altitude of 1,169 meters, with an average temperature of 15.1° C, a frost-free period of 260 days, and an annual average rainfall of 1,680 millimeters. It is very suitable for summer retreat. Take the cable car up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the undulating mountains.
