In the theoretical link, the lecturer introduced vivid cases, explained the spirit of the Red Cross movement, the legal protection of emergency rescue, and emphasized the key role of "golden four minutes" in first aid. In addition, core first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), AED use, Heimlich first aid, wound hemostasis and dressing were systematically taught to help scenic workers establish scientific first aid thinking.
