In order to fully utilize the resources of the new media platform, to stimulate the enthusiasm of short video enthusiasts in the field of culture and tourism, and to effectively strengthen the promotion of the brand image of culture and tourism in Anyuan County, such as the national 5A tourist attraction, Three Hundred Mountains, we are now calling for a broad collection of short videos from all over the Internet.“Short video works on the theme of "The Source of Dongjiang River, Jade Anyuan" to show the style of Anyuan and tell the story of Anyuan.

1.The subject matter and content of the entries are healthy and uplifting, rejecting vulgarity and reactionary and violent content, and shall not contain racial or religious discrimination, defile traditional national culture, or violate the privacy rights of others;

2.Entries should stick to the theme and reflect the development of cultural tourism industry in Anyuan County (including but not limited to scenic spots <especially the national 5A-level tourist attraction Sanbaishan>, natural scenery, humanistic landscapes, folklore and non-heritages, and culinary cultures), and other works with complete content, attitude, temperature, creativity, and sentiment, and be able to cause resonance with the audience.

3.Entries must be original, plagiarism, plagiarism is strictly prohibited, once found immediately disqualified from participating in the evaluation, such as entries involved in copyright infringement and other legal issues, by the participants to bear the relevant responsibility.

4.Entries should be 1 to 3 minutes in length, with a minimum of no less than 15 seconds and a maximum of no more than 5 minutes, with high-definition video quality, clean images, without corner labels, station labels, watermarks or logos, and may have subtitles.

Selection of works

After the release of the work, the short video playback volume, number of likes and retweets that meet the theme requirements will be released within the deadline as the basis for selection (the playback volume of all the participating videos must be more than 20,000 and must be real data to participate in the evaluation), of which every 3,000 playback volume scores 1 point, the number of likes scores 1 point for every 100 points and the number of retweets scores 1 point for every 100 points, and the final cumulative total of three scores will be the total score, and the ranking will be based on the total score. The total score will be ranked according to the total score; if the total score is the same, the amount of broadcasting will be prioritized and the ranking will be adjusted according to the amount of broadcasting. If a person publishes more than one work, the work with the highest score will be evaluated.

All legal liabilities and consequences arising from such infringement shall be borne by the participating authors themselves.

(III) The final interpretation of the activity belongs to the Culture, Radio, Press and Publication Tourism Bureau of Anyuan County.
