Event Size:

(1) Individual Racing Group:

There are two groups of men's individual racing group and women's individual racing group, with about 1000 participants.

(2) Public Fitness Group:

The mass fitness group is composed of outdoor hiking enthusiasts and experiences hiking mountaineering, with about 500 people.

1) Individual racing group

1. Track Overview:

Total course :21.7 km, cumulative climb: 2240 meters, cumulative descent: 2235 meters. Set 1 starting point, 1 end point, 5 checkpoints, 6 medical points, 5 supply points;

2, track road conditions: scenic road 65%, hiking trail 35%;

3. Closing time: 220 minutes

Entry requirements

(1) Age limit for participation:

① Individual racing group

18-65 years old (born before December 31, 2005 - born after January 1, 1963)

② Public fitness group

8-70 years old (born before December 31, 2015 - born after January 1, 1953)

Participants under the age of 18 are required to sign the "Risk Notice" together with their guardian to claim the property, and accompanied by the guardian.

(b) In good health, no hypertension, heart disease and other major diseases, the racing team athletes must submit the medical examination form (including electrocardiogram) issued by the hospital at or above the county level within 6 months, or the certificate of participation in the race organized by the Chinese Mountaineering Association and the completion of the half marathon within 6 months for review.

(4) Provide valid identification of athletes (check identity at the time of registration);

(5) Competition rules

Bonus setting

(1) Individual Racing Group:

1, the use of electronic timing, unified departure;

2. The closing time of the competition is set, and the results of the athletes who exceed the closing time are invalid;

3. The final result will be calculated from the stage result and penalty time, and the athlete with the shortest time wins.

(2) Public Fitness Group:

Finish the specified route within the closing time, without recording the race result.

(3) Award setting:

1, male and female racing group: the top 30 awarded prizes

2. Public Fitness group: win the medal after finishing the race

3. Total bonus: 100,000 yuan (before tax)

Traffic guide 

1. In order to facilitate athletes' travel, the event Organizing committee will provide paid shuttle service for athletes;

2, pick-up location: Dingnan South Station - Three Hundred Mountains International Hotel (check-in hotel)

3. Connection requirements:

(1) Round trip fee: 50 yuan/person (only for registered athletes)

(2) 11.25 (Go) -11.26 (Return)

(3) Pick-up time: 14:00, 18:00, 21:00

(4) Departure time: 12:00-14:00 (full of passengers)
