In order to effectively strengthen the control of fire sources in the field, effectively prevent the occurrence of forest fires, ensure the safety of people's lives and property and forest resources, and maintain the stability of forest areas, in accordance with the provisions of the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of Jiangxi Province on Forest Fire Prevention and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, and in light of the actual situation, this order is hereby issued:
First, no fire time
From now until April 30, 2024.
2. No fire area
Forests, trees, woodlands within the administrative area of the city and areas within 100 meters from the forest edge.
3. Prohibited content
(1) It is prohibited to carry fire and inflammable and explosive materials into the no-fire area;
(2) Smoking, cooking, baking and playing with fire are prohibited in the no-fire zones;
(3) It is prohibited to conduct incendiary operations such as mountain refining, burning infected wood and electric welding without approval in the no-fire zones;
(4) It is forbidden to burn land, straw, grass, grass and wood ash in the no-fire areas;
(5) Lighting candles, burning incense and burning paper, setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and setting off Kongming lanterns in the no-fire areas;
(6) It is prohibited to carry out other acts that are likely to cause forest fires in the no-fire zone area.
4. Any unit or individual violating the provisions of this ban shall be punished in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration and Penalties and the Regulations of Jiangxi Province on Forest Fire Prevention and other laws and regulations; Those who constitute crimes shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
5. The people's governments at the county level shall, in accordance with the distribution of forest resources and the occurrence rules of forest fires within their respective administrative areas, delimit forest fire prevention zones, issue fire ban orders and announce them to the public.

At the same time, a civil public interest lawsuit was filed, and the vegetation restoration cost was compensated at 42,753.7 yuan.
