In order to effectively strengthen the control of wildfire, effective protection of forest resources and people's lives and property safety, according to the "Forestry Law of the People's Republic of China", the State Council "Forest Fire Prevention Regulations" and "Jiangxi Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Regulations" and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation in our county, hereby issued this fire ban.
October 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 onwards.
II.Contents of the fire ban(1) All illegal and unlawful wildfires in the forest area are strictly prohibited, and it is forbidden to carry fire and inflammable and explosive substances into the forest area;
(2) Smoking, picnicking, roasting and playing with fire in forest areas are prohibited;
(3) It is prohibited to illegally refine mountains for forestation, burn epidemic wood, and burn charcoal;
(4) It is prohibited to hunt, set fire and drive away animals in forest areas;
(5) It is prohibited to burn barren land, rice straw, ridge grass, grass ash, etc. within the forest edge and mountain side;
(6) It is prohibited to light wax on graves, burn incense and paper, set off fireworks and lanterns in forest areas;
(7) For demented, dumb, stupid, deaf, mute and other "five categories of people" and minors have the responsibility of guardianship of individuals or units should fulfill the responsibility of guardianship, is strictly prohibited to be guarded into the forest area with fire, play with fire;
(8) prohibit the destruction or occupation of forest fire prevention facilities and
Anyone who violates the above provisions, by the forestry department or township (township) people's government in accordance with the "Jiangxi Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Regulations" to give a warning, fines and other administrative penalties; constitute a violation of public security management, should be given to the detention of public security management penalties, the public security organs in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Management Penalties" to make a decision; cause forest fires, according to law, civil liability; constitute a crime, the judicial organs to investigate criminal responsibility. If it constitutes a crime, it will be investigated for criminal responsibility by the judicial organs according to law.
